Shipping
policy
Customers will not be allowed
to provide their shipper account numbers for shipping. Materials are shipped standard ground or
local delivery (where available) unless customer has specifically paid for
expedited service. Non material
purchases may result in documents being delivered vie e-mail to customer. Standard delivery is via a PDF thru e-mail. Some documents will be delivered via 1st
class mail by USPO. Customer may pay for
expedited and/or insured shipping. All
shipping is paid for in advance.
Return/Cancellation
policy
Payments for purchases other
than materials are not refundable unless customer signed a contract or other
legal document specifying conditions for refund. Materials may be returned under the following
conditions: Within 7 days of shipment
customer may notify MNOP/CaPe of product deficiency. If product is deficient and received by
MNOP/CaPe within 7 days of notification a full refund will be issued, including
cost to deliver product to customer.
Customer is responsible for cost to return product. Return of non deficient product must be made
within 14 days of original shipment and is subject to a 50% restocking
fee. For customers receiving material
more than 3 days after shipment, they are allowed to notify MNOP/CaPe within 7
days of verifiable receipt rather than within 7 days from shipment.
Your satisfaction is our top
priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we
will work with you to resolve the issue. You can open a dispute or call us at 1
- 714 - three two eight - 7121. We will make every effort to respond to all
customer service inquiries within 2 business days.
Please remember that unless you
bought cancellation insurance for vacation rentals, your reservation will not
receive a refund if cancelled.

In
some cases we will provide partial refunds, depending on our ability to re-rent
the unit and the price the unit is rented at.

In
some cases you may provide an alternate guest name provided we have sufficient
notice to add the guest. There is
usually not a fee to add an alternate name but in some cases there are fees up
to $100. If your alternate guest pays us
directly we will always allow the alternate guest and provide a full refund on
the rental portion of your reservation as long as the alternate guest pays at
least the amount you paid, and we have sufficient time to add the guest name.
